For the very first time, I saw Pete - not as he is, not as he was - but as he will be, transformed beyond anything I could ever have imagined or hoped ... or even thought about.
11:30pm meditation:
I saw Pete standing taller, prouder, healthier, happier. Eyes bright. On stage, in front of an applauding audience he had helped. I have never felt happier or prouder of him.
And I was also so proud of myself - standing in the sidelines, looking at him with so much joy and pride and feeling so happy for him. The freedom of feeling pure joy for another's success in the limelight and in the knowledge that he was the better reacher of hearts.
