Last night, I went to sleep at 8:30pm, intending to wake up early the next morning for my first outside, beach Walking Meditation. Before sleep, I did Dr Joe's Restorative Sleep meditation. Woke at 11:30pm.
(And "accidentally" found Blessing the Energy Centers meditation!!!)
After a bit, got out of bed. While looking over the online POC (Progressive Online Course) again, I wondered why the course's status bar still showed that I had not completed the course to 100%. I other-than-consciously noticed it before but paid it no heed.
When I checked, I noted the page where all the course's meditations were collected (Module 12):
Looking at that, (not unreasonably), I thought that was Page 2 and there were no more pages. But I was really only on page 1!!! When I clicked on page 2, I found the last (6th) meditation: "Blessing of the Energy Centers".
Which was really, really great!!! Almost felt like a bonus prize, a Blessing in itself, a Gift.
And coincidentally, I had been wondering if I could purchase that meditation because I kept hearing it mentioned in all the testimonials on Dr Joe's site. And yet I didn't remember doing it or having such a meditation.
Anyway I did it last night. Twice!!!
Of course I had done it once when doing the course (Module 11). But it felt fresh and brand new!! And revisiting the entire Module 11 was also like picking up so many things I had not absorbed (even though I thought I had absorbed all his words during the first time round!!!)
Then I went back to sleep.
Unexpected Happenings
I want to mention 2 unexpected happenings.
Medical Appointments
It had crossed my mind a few short times in the last couple of days as to when Dr Rosie, PeterMac, Melbourne was going to schedule my next appointment (expected to be in mid-May and also the CT scan she mentioned that was to happen a week before that expected appointment.) Then I thought of Dr Rachel, ALCC, Geelong who said that she would follow that up just to make sure.
Not that I am keen on more scans and appointments. But I did wonder when they would be scheduled.
Dr Rosie was suppose to do it. But Dr Rachel did it instead. And way earlier than expected nor wanted. Despite me telling her more than once that I wanted a "break" of 3 months.
I received letters in the post yesterday with appointments for CT scan and to see her.
I tele-health with Rosie on 25 Feb and informed her of my 3 month break.
So I expected her to arrange next tele-health around 25 May, with CT scan around 18 May.
But Rachel has scheduled
CT scan for 18 March! TWO MONTHS EARLIER THAN EXPECTED and
ALCC appt with her for 11 Apr!!! SIX WEEKS AT LEAST TOO EARLY!
Well, the Universe is obviously answering my queries!!! (as to when the appointments would be scheduled). But I obviously need to be much clearer in my requests!!!
At this stage, I am taking this "set back" as something that is happening FOR me. Because I am thinking of pushing back those dates. And whatever else it is for other people, it takes a fair amount of determination, clarity, and courage for me to do that. So I am now reaching for more courage and clarity every day.

YOSUKATA Wok - 100% Refund!!!
Is this what Dr Joe keeps talking about? The unknown, the unexpected happening? Because this is what it is!!!
We bought an expensive work a while back ($101.99 on 17 Dec 2024) and I left a detailed negative review (22 Feb 2025) after fully testing out the wok.
This was my review:
We bought this as the wok that would last us our lifetime. Nope! (We are mid 60s) I am writing this review to save someone else the disappointment we now face. We have used this for 2 months, almost daily. So we have really given this a chance.
(1) the wok is so heavy that it is hard to lift to tip food out.
(2) the polished wooden handle is too smooth. So you have no grip when trying to tilt the heavy wok.
(3) the handle section is heavy which means the wok is off center viz. You cannot put it centered on the stovetop otherwise it will tip towards the heavy handles. Dangerous with a hot wok.
(4) because the wok is so heavy, you tend to move your hands towards /nearer to the wok to get a better grip...and the metal section of the handle will get you and give you an ouchie burn. (
5) i seasoned the wok meticulously, per instructions, as soon as it arrived. And cared and washed and maintained it, meticulously, per instructions. And yet there continues to be rough, sticky patches on the wok's cooking surface. No good.
6) the secondary or counter handle needs to be insulated or it will burn your hands.
So for anyone with high hopes like we had, for a good wok....LOOK ELSEWHERE. 🫶

I found an email in my inbox that was 2 days old. It was, via Amazon, a message from the Yosukata. And they offered a full 100% refund!!! Wow!
