Beach Walk: first Changing Boxes Walking Meditation, & the Doggies experience!

As I write this, I feel a bit floaty.  I occasionally find myself wondering, "who am I?" and "which version am I?" and "which dimension is this?"  I feel as if I am a bit here and a bit there, a bit past and a bit present and a bit future.  Floaty.

I purchased Dr Joe's "Changing Boxes Walking Meditation" a couple of night ago.  I wanted to try it out yesterday morning but the previous night's waking up and lack of discipline and determination saw me having a very late night supper and then not waking up as early as I wanted to, to experiment with the Walking Meditation.

(I have done a previous Dr Joe walking meditation but I didn't really realise that was not the walking meditations the people in the testimonials were talking about.  And that walking meditation, "Walk for the World" was free.  And I did it once, behind my studio, in the small paved area, and I "danced and moved" more than I walked.  I posted about that walking meditation previously.)

Anyway, I did my first "Changing Boxes Walking Meditation" (no lay down version) down at the beach.  7am.  An hour later than intended but I did it anyway.

That's why I am "floaty".

I can't really explain the experience.  There were no huge or mystical, cataclysmic events.  But 2 seemingly insignificant events happened but it was significant in that such events never, ever happened to me before.

In the middle of my (open eyes) walk, on two separate occasions, a dog came right up to me. One nudged my body; the other my hands. (Different dogs, of course).

Normally, I just let doggies be and just watch them or occasionally I will try to pat or say hi to them.  They are normally not interested in me in particular. They are usually interested in Reefer or even Pete.  No dog has ever come up to me, without me even noticing them first, and said hello in such physical ways.  They didn't stay and play.  They just nudged (hello) and went on their way. But they most specifically went out of their way to say hello to me.
