I was listening to the POC (Progressive Online Course of Dr Joe Dispenza) again and the following words were like a timely message to me.
"I want you to come up against those emotions and when you lower the volume and take your attention off it, it turns into possibility. And things will fall away in your life because they are NO LONGER A VIBRATIONAL MATCH; you are no longer in the known; you are in the unknown. The chaos, that disorder, all the things falling apart in your life... don't you try to fix it. That's the old ... falling away."
