Showing up for Yourself

"SHOWING UP FOR YOURSELF" ... this post deals with messages and reflections that arose in my current quest of Wholeness in the fact of what was dire news.  And this post is in large, reflections that arose from the youTube Andre Duqum interview/video with Dr Joe Dispenza: The Science of Transformation, Pineal Gland, Time Travel & Mystical Experiences.

"They were doing their meditations not to heal.

They were doing their meditations to Change."

If I Change, then I will Heal

Dr Joe: "Keep showing up for you, keep showing up for you, Keep showing up for you...", and keep going and going and "... sooner or later, you are going to feel worthy.." of the future you want because "you have put your time in".

Dr Joe: "I think the Universe only gives what we think we are worthy of receiving."

Me: Hmmm ... that sounds like changing and strengthening belief work!!! Can NLP help here?

Andre: "Start to perceive our challenges differently."

Me: And that is certainly truer and truer for me right now ... and it helps immensely.

Dr Joe: "The last part of every war is the last battle. So it (the body) throws everything at you ..." and you just say, sorry, I am just going to sit here and continue, I will not give up ... till (the body's resistance) is done.

 I will not give up

I have started to apply this mindset and will and determination to different challenges that show up in my day.  From persistent pains in my shoulder and neck that show up only as I go into meditation; to the persistent cough that also appears when I start to meditate.  Last night, I sat outside my studio to do my Small Universe meditation.  Half way through, it start to drizzle and drizzle.  In the past, that might have been my "excuse" to halt, pack up, and not continue.  But I repeated to myself many times, "I will not give up" and kept going.  There was no mystical revelation as a reward ... but I believe I am growing my muscle of determination and belief.  And it also demonstrates to myself that this (the inner work) is important and that I CARE about me.  Which is important my body knows so that we can work harmoniously and supportively together.
