Today was day 3 of Walking meditation, Changing Boxes
But first, yesterday by "coincidence" I came across some of my old beaded "H"s and thought I would leave some out because it is so relevant to my current H-symbol: Dr Joe's way of encapsulating Intention & Elevated Emotions (see: my "H" symbol for my Intention & Elevated Emotions).
These are my beaded H's that I randomly chose and left out on my working table to be a constant reminder.
OK .. onto this morning.
Six Bodies; Six Symbolic Hs
During the Changing Boxes walking meditation, when it came to the part of opening our eyes and walk as if we were in a different "box"/dimension where the (previous) challenge/problem no longer existed, I felt a fluttering of soft fabric as I started walking (I was actually wearing faux-fur lined track pants!) ... as of a flowy long skirt. And the image of the Buddhist Kuan Yin immediately came to mind and I said to myself, "Oh, so that is why she is often depicted in those flowy clothes" ... because it felt so good!!!
And then when Dr Joe came to the part where he instructed me to call the (future) body to me, instead of seeing/feeling the expected one body, I saw/felt SIX of me!!! All in flowy long garments; each with a different colour. And I thought, "woah, that is a surprise." The 6 bodies were certainly unexpected but the multi-colours, less so because I always love seeing/working with/having things in multi colours.
And it wasn't till later in the meditation when it occurred to me that, "hey, there are 7 visible colours in the rainbow, right?" (ROYGBIV) Except only 6 "future" bodies came towards me.
But when they are linked hands with me (just like the linking of hands I felt during my very first (night) "walking" (flowing, rather) meditation, noted in the post on Walk for the World meditation) and then when we started merging - I realised that, including "me" - there were 7 of us!!!!
However, as of right now, I am not clear as to what the six (future) bodies mean nor what the relevance there might be to the rainbow's visible seven colours.
And then when I came home and saw my 6 beaded "Hs" on the table that I had randomly selected yesterday, I wondered, coincidence or what???
That I don't know right now either.
