Last night, I did the Glass of Water Technique (GOWT). And waited with expectation for the answer but no expectation on when, where, or how other than it would be in the 36 hours after the technique.
I am currently listening to Dr Joe on a section of his website I accidentally found last night, entitled: "Previous Conversation 06/10/24: 50th Weeklong Advance Retreat". But I couldn't find it again this morning... till I did. (It was under my account, in the Community Live Group section. I don't even know if this talk is available to everyone, or to every member, or it just so happens I found it and it was "accidentally" available.)
My issue and question in the GOWT is/was: "Do I go ahead with the surgery or not?"
And somewhere in Dr Joe's talk, while I am busy crocheting, I hear these words (answer), quoted here verbatim:
(..after facing a dark night of the soul...)
What If ...
So anyway, this evening sometime before bed, I am listening to Dr Joe being interviewed by Andre Duqum on YouTube, and abou ¾ in, Andre asks Dr Joe about how he feels about the fact that he has been and knows he will again be ridiculed by others (large part of the scientific medical profession for sure). And Dr Joe says he doesn't care, he really doesn't care. He may have used to, but now he doesn't care. And not in so many words, but he goes on to express that he believes that what he and his team are doing - - well, they help and have helped people. Lot of people. And so he cannot let the criticisms stop him, otherwise he won't be there to help those who need his help.
And it flashed into my head that what if I don't follow my intuition but listen to the conventional doctors instead and go for another round of surgery and chemo ... what if I did that, then the people I was supposed to meet and help along the other path, I will not meet nor be able to help.
