This is a simple and useful exercise in re-vitalizing yourself when tired or feeling strained.
- Lie down. Imagine a warm, pleasant sun in your solar plexus (stomach area or more specifically, area between your navel and bottom of sternum).
- Do this for a while and you will start feeling warm and relaxed. You may even notice your breathing slowing down.
- (optional) To bring a level of spirituality into this, remember again a time when you knew God (whatever you conceive him to be) existed. When you were free of doubts and secure in the unquestioned knowledge of a higher power.
Allow yourself to easily float into that experience, lying peacefully in the secure arms of the Universe.
